EXCHANGES
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 30 days from the scheduled arrival date if you wish to exchange your purchase. However no exchanges will be accepted in any case other than fault of ONDOYANG. (e.g. If ONDOYANG were to send a Large sized article, when a Medium was ordered, an exchange may be made.)
No exceptions.
ONDOYANG.com does not provide exchange shipping labels and shipping charges for exchangeable item(s) will be the client’s responsibility. The address for exchange can be found on your invoice included with your package.
ONDOYANG is not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to a shipping companies negligence.
Any product that has been worn, washed, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and any other Accessories can not be Returned, Refunded, or Exchanged on these specific items.
